Anneliese and Gabriel’s story

Begin with Before the Birds Return, where a discovery beneath a Spanish cathedral draws scientist Anneliese Marchand and pilot Gabriel Renshaw into a biological mystery and a second chance at love.

Continue with What the Earth Remembers. A photograph of a mysterious optical plate takes them to the Swiss Alps, where hidden knowledge and fragile memory test the boundary between hope and truth.

Birds: The End — choose your ending

After What the Earth Remembers, the story divides. Where Love Remains follows the difficult work of cooperation toward peace. When Love Fails follows political pressure, exclusion and the unraveling of the systems people depend on.

Read either finale or both, in either order. They explore different consequences from a shared situation; one does not happen after the other.
